I really would like to move to C3, but I can not move without the paster plugin and others from rex...

Construct 3's Drawing Canvas object might do what you need.

first of all, let me congratulate you for amazing work and so far for so many years in the world of games, you are making history man!
I tried but my I could not find out an efficient way to:
a) rotate canvas--> could be made by load URL into sprite, but its kinda not performance optimal
b) change resolution of canvas ---> it is a way to use less video memory dinamically
c) change the size of canvas after pasting objects - that is possible, but if you try to draw/paste anything else on it, the previous image will disappear, so can not make collages of sprites (well it is possible, all is possible, but using more memory or more CPU)
