Though I had the issue with the mouse, I was able to get to level 10 in less than 5 seconds. Only when I reached about 13-15 is when it became more challenging. But since the game was made and aimed more towards the mobile its fine. Just change the difficulty for the desktop version if you do consider using the key inputs.
