Contruct 2 undertale engine (outdated version) newer version is on gamejolt that was developed in 2018 but I'm making one that's MUCH BETTER than both of them.
U can do better than that with Construct 2, first u have to set "999999999" to acceleration, by this way the player won't have this effect then for dialogs
Then, U have to use the sprite of spriters-resource.com/pc_computer/undertale/, they're at the right size
The game's resolution is 640x480, in the map U have to zoom 2*
