Problem Description
I was making game in Construct 2 and when I tried to import sounds from folder windows 8.1 gave me an error like 'Program "Construct 2 game creator" doesn't work'. Now it crashes every time I try to import sounds. I also tried to add sounds as 'Import Files', but Construct 2 stopped working when I opened folder with sound effect. I tried starting new empty project, but it had totally same problem. Reinstalling Construct 2 didn't help either. It's a first time I have this strange error. PC Reboot didn't help too.
Attach a Capx
I think there are no point to attach .capx, because I can't even Import Sounds to 'reproduce bug'.
Observed Result
Construct 2 stopped working when I chose 'Import Sound' option.
Expected Result
When I tried to Import Sound I expected them to be imported. I imported sound effects a while ago and didn't have any problems.
