Ashley, thanks for the update
As much as I understand, Construct3 doesn't run on Firefox.
If you run Construct3 on Chrome (only browser supported by the web app), you would see that a local copy is stored in the user's profile and it prompts the user to make a link to that local copy. The benefit is having Construct3 as an app running on Chrome with its own shortcut on the apps tab (https://support.google.com/chrome_webst ... er/3060053).
Tom & Ashley, sInce Construct3 runs in Chrome and it stores the app locally, has Scirra considered offering Construct3 as a Chrome app? Since there's a market for Chromebooks for web development (http://www.techrepublic.com/article/so-you-want-to-develop-on-a-chromebook/, http://www.eq8.eu/blogs/18-chromebook-for-web-developers, https://www.google.com/search?q=chromebooks+for+web+development), the idea of having a offline app would be fairly attractive (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/search/web%20development).
nice, great idea
Eisenhans & Neller, did anyone get any feedback from Tom or Ashley regarding this issue?
Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.
I was wondering about this too. There was a site update about 20 days ago and my counter reset. This morning it reset again. In all, I've logged every day for about a month and a half (about 40 days), but the counter shows zero (0).
but if C2 is available in other languages, Tom and Ashley might be able to sell more copies.
I know several people who would like to learn how to use C2, but don't speak English.
Have you considered releasing language packs (menus, etc)?
Why don't you offer the rest of the art from bitgem3d? It looks really good.
Update: I got it to jump.
4/5 stars
First the good news:
Now the bad news:
