  • Hello there, I have a little problem going on with the application I'm building.

I'm trying to create a small comic creation tool where kids can insert text themselves, now I'm able to change the font-face and the font-size. But I'm not able to set the font color per new text that I'm spawning. Is there a way to fix this? Like set spawnablet text color to textspawncontainer.color or whatever? Because I have no idea how to do this without making like 25 events with the different colors kept in mind. Any kind of help is greatly appreciated!

    Kind regards,

  • Thanks guys, worked like a charm!

  • Good day!

I've got a question regarding time of day. Is it possible to change text according to the time of day? I want to greet the player with a piece of text according to the time of day, like. Let's say somebody's playing during the morning it should say 'Good morning, [username]'. Or if the player is playing during the afternoon it should be 'Good afternoon, [username]'. Is there a way to do this with or without JavaScript? Any type of advice would be greatly appreciated!

  • Problem's resolved, turned fullscreen in browser off and now the keyboard moves over my application.

  • Bump. I really need the help. D:

  • Good afternoon,

I've been trying to fix this for the last couple of days but still haven't found a way to fix it. Whenever I run my game as a webapp on my tablet, phone, or anything with an on-screen keyboard. My screen will resize whenever my keyboard pops up. Is there a way to let the keyboard go over my my game like when you open a webpage and everything just stays the way like it is supposed to be. Instead of resizing my game to a miniscule part of the screen? Would be really appreciated if somebody could help me out.

    Kind regards,

  • Here's my example.

    Thanks, that worked! Really appreciated!

  • Hopefully this will be of assistance.

I would recommend to look into the manual here: , search the forums and tutorials regarding standard practices and problems.

    Cheers!

Thanks for the help! But I actually wanted to know if the text didn't equal something in this case, that there would be something else that would be on display? Like, I put in 'Something else' instead of 'Something' and I press enter. I would like to get a pop-up that contained "That was incorrect", instead of "That was correct". I couldn't figure out how to incorperate that, so it would be appreciated if you could take another look at it?

    Kind regards!

  • Hello ladies and gentlemen,

I've got an issue regarding the textbox. We're making a small prototype thingie for college. It's the idea that kids have to fill in the blanks with certain words. Although, if they spelled the word wrong they won't get any points and they won't get a 'congratulations' pop-up. I have tried using the does not equal sign in the expressions, but that isn't a valid syntax and now I'm stuck. Does anybody know what I could do to fix this? Would be really appreciated!

    Kind regards,
