Nice artwork, I'll ask for your help when I start to work on a high-quality game!

A while back I did the Ghost-Hunter game tutorial, and now I want to add a raining/stormy environment.

I've seen tutorials done for platformer-type games, but I still don't know how to make rain fall when the game is birdseye view oriented.

Any tips?

I definitely hate doing the graphics/music, I'm really bad with them xD. Programming is fine though.

You have to provide people with concept art, hence the name.

They don't know what they're building without some idea of what it should it look like.

You could just change the name hover goose or something that goes along with your game. But yeah, flappy bird games are frowned upon by google.
