It's strange, because the process is correct:
- Download Dictionary data in JSON format
- Import the file in the project
- Call the file in project via Ajax
- Load the file via Dictionary using Ajax expression
If you did these steps, then it's not to have errors.

I agree the tabs can get overwhelming sometimes when there are a lot open but having a proper naming structure in place helps a lot. For example Level1 for the layout and Level1 ES for the event sheet. Then they are easy to identify which is which at a glance.

I also use this method to I don't get confused, but I believe some icons can to help.

In C2, Start Page, layouts and event sheets are shown in colored tabs, but it is easy to get confused if the names are similar.

My suggestion is a icon to Start Page tab, a icon to layout tabs and a icon to event sheet tabs. I think this manner it is easier to identify each one and to work.

You need to create control sprites that, when touched, move your character. Use Simulate Control.

Actually the best option and Scirra's recomendation is Intel XDK, but the apk size is huge (16mb>).
