  • : Yes, you are correct. I cleared out the hash before trying to access it. It generates correctly now.

However, there is another issue I have with base64 pad. When I set it to "=", it actually sets it to "1" instead. Likewise, 0 for "". Is it intended?

I modified your code to actually set to "=", but maybe my use case is different.

Tiled Map example in C2 152

    Steps to reproduce:

    1. Remote Desktop* to a PC with Construct 2 installed

    2. Open Tiled Map example

    3. Look at Layout 0

    4. Physically access to aforementioned PC.

    5. Reopen Tiled Map example

    6. Look at Layout 0

    Observed result:

The map when doing Remote Desktop looks messed up, but okay when run.

The map when actually on the PC looks perfectly normal.

    Expected result:

Should look the same in layout

    Browsers affected:

    Chrome: yes

    Operating system & service pack:

    Windows 8.1

    Construct 2 version:

    R152

    * Note: It has the same behavior when running C2 under a Windows XP box in VirtualBox under Mac OSX.

  • I tried it with HMACSHA256B(nonce, appSecret), in which nonce is unique string responded from server and different every time, while appSecret is a constant.

That function returns the same hash every time.
