I'm looking for a way to throw an object a "grenade" for example in 8 directional , I searched the forum but didn't find anything could help.

All i found is using physics, and I'm not sure it's gonna work in my case.

Yes it's working i think it didn't work because i didn't set the Angle to No.

Thank you for the sheets but I think you misunderstood me.

the player should move freely, but when i press the shift button i need it to keep facing the direction until i release the shift button.

example : player is moving and now it's facing the top right then i pressed the shift button, the player should keep facing the top right but moving freely to any direction.

I can open the files you sent, it's saying that you are using a newer version than mine , I check the website and it seems that they didn't update the free version yet.
