  • How do I make a fan or air blowing effect? In my game I have an air duct coming down and i want it to blow with force when something passes under it. But here is the trick it's animated so i only want it to blow when the animation is triggered and it's triggered when a certain object touches it.

    I have tried adding force and impulse to a point from the animated object. I could not figure out the invisible sprite thing.

    Is there a simple way thanks.

  • — VictoryX showed me how to do it without the Every X Command.

    Instead I'm using the variables and while you and others probably suggested it also he posted a capx shot which I was able to look at and follow to make it work for me.

  • — Can you send me the capx? I'm stuck at the PICK A RANDOM SPAWN. It's only allowing my to pick from the objects I have already.

    Yours is a black square and then it spawns is different object from your black square. I'm just not seeing those options to choose from.

    Sorry to be so difficult I just have everything almost finished at this stage and I want to get past this part.

  • — (or anyone who may know) I think I get it I have to do it for each enemy and I have 9. 3 easy, 3 mid and 3 hard. So let me ask you, can I group them separately and then have the random pick choose any from that group?

    Only one way to find out and that's to go try right?
