i have made a spanwer that moves after the spawner has been spawned. also, how do i make the object spawn each X seconds after the spawner has stopped moving

imagine this. an object has stopped moving after hitting the wall. then, the first object spawns another object that will move after hitting a certain wall. after hitting the wall, the newly spawned object should spawn another object every 3 seconds after hitting the wall. what can I do to achieve this?

uhu. well, i tried it again and it does work, however how do make the object spawn every 7 seconds after the score has reached 1000? so to be clear i need the object to spawn once at 1000 and then spawn every 7 seconds after the score has reached 1000
