The problem is that the sprite completely ignores solids even when I have set it to detect solids

I want to give the player the option to restart when they die. This should only trigger when the player is dead. You can not restart the level when the player is alive. thanks
Help us to help you, by providing the file or some more information. Do you mean viewport? If so, that's how it works. If you're saying scroll to behaviour only works when leaving the layout, I don't see how that can be the case.
