If you are having any problems, send it to us directly at tizenyrf@appbackr.com so we can get it repackaged for you so you can submit to the Tizen store.

The Tizen Challenge ends on Nov 1 but you probably want to have your app to us by Oct. 25 for scoring so we can get it back to you by Oct 27 for submission to Tizen. That gives Tizen a few extra days to get it verified.

We can remove the game from our queue. Can you send your app name to tizengjk@appbackr.com?

Let me try and clear up some confusion. When you're getting your app scored on appbackr, we are running tests on the app to ensure that it is compatible for the Tizen store. If everything works, we send the game back to you, repackaged and ready to send to Tizen. appbackr isn't keeping the game files or hosting them in any way. We are only scoring the apps, then helping the developer get the app on Tizen. There isn't any link because the game is not on our site. We're just helping to streamline the process for developers.

We have to ask, why are you not going through appbackr? Just to clarify, we are managing cash incentives for Intel. We aren't an independent platform. We can help you get on Tizen. If that's not clear, let us know!

Just to clarify. You are only eligible for the $250 after you add your app to the Tizen Store. The steps to take are:

Get your app scored on appbackr from the Scira page

Wait to receive your score and cash incentive. If the app does not pass, you'll receive feedback telling you how the app needs to be changed.

When your app gets a passing appscore, we will send you the app re-packaged for Tizen.

Sign up as a seller on the Tizen Store and add the app at seller.tizenstore.com.

When you receive the confirmation from Tizen that the app is approved, we will arrange for payment.

You don't need your appbackr account. You do need your Tizen seller account for the final step, to post the app in the Tizen Store.

We haven't had any problems with this on our end. Definitely OK to proceed
