I've built an app and tested an adhoc version of it on a device. It works fine for me but when I submit to the app store it gets rejected for launching to a blank screen. Anyone else experienced this?

Here's a different option. Without containers. I just got the tanks to spawn the turrets. Probably the same really.

alvarop I think it can be done with phonegap from what I have read on other sites. Just not through construct alone and definitely not with my negligible coding knowledge. I'm hiring a coder to address issues like this on my projects.

Hi. I'm making an app that basically generates an illustrated flow chart. It is aimed at a particular company that demonstrates pieces of equipment to customers and will use the app to take photographs of the process and add notes.

Most of the work is done. I have a panel that adds elements to the canvas such as picture boxes, text boxes and captures photographs and adds them to sprites. It will then take snapshots of each page and add them to sprites ready for use.

My problem is getting the files out of the app. I was initially trying to make a PDF and save it to the device but in it's current state, jsPDF won't save the file on an iPAD. I also tried sending the dataURL from jsPDF to a browser to save it but it opens in the webview browser and you can't save from there.

I am open to suggestions. All I need is to get the screenshots (less than 10) out of the app to be emailed and printed. If they can be added to one document such as a PDF that would be great but I would settle for separate files if need be.

The app will always be connected to 3G when in use so using some sort of script on a server is an option.

Is it possible to force safari to open instead of webview from within an iOS (phonegap) app?

I'm generating a dataURL in my app and want to open it in a browser in which you can do something with it. If I open it in webview, all I can do is look at it.

I mean to insert images into a doc or similar file and then save the file with images either to the device or perhaps use the share plugin to email the document with images and text.

With regards to the Phonegap File plugin, would it be possible to add a feature to add images to a document and save it? Images from a sprite for example.

I've tried the jsPDF plugin but it won't seem to work for me when exported to iPad via phone gap. There is no error, it either does nothing or the app freezes. It could well be an error on my part, maybe something I have overlooked but as yet I haven't been able to generate a PDF in phonegap on iOS. I did also try the pode PDF plugin without any joy, plus it doesn't have a save PDF option.
