How do I Open Safari instead of webview

Is it possible to force safari to open instead of webview from within an iOS (phonegap) app?

I'm generating a dataURL in my app and want to open it in a browser in which you can do something with it. If I open it in webview, all I can do is look at it.

alvarop I think it can be done with phonegap from what I have read on other sites. Just not through construct alone and definitely not with my negligible coding knowledge. I'm hiring a coder to address issues like this on my projects.
