  • I'm up to 3gb memory usage in the NWjs version of C3 and when I try to save my project, it just crashes after freezing for a bit. My game is an NES style game, so I don't get why my project takes 3gb of memory.

  • Currently enabling worker and running a preview slows down the preview loading considerably where it takes about 15 seconds to start, as opposed to loading within a second or two when worker is disabled.

    I've noticed big performance increases by using worker, so my question was is the drawn out preview loading time going to be fixed in a future release of C3?

    EDIT: It seems the AJAX plugin is still causing issues with worker. I deleted it and then the preview started up like it should.

  • I did what you did but created drawing canvases instead and pasted the object in question into it and it worked exactly how I was shooting for. Thanks for the example to point me in the right direction.

  • I have a video example of what I'm trying to achieve. I was thinking the drawing canvas plugin could achieve it, but I don't know how to make it gradually erase images rather than clear the whole canvas at once.

  • My game really messes up when it's played on significantly higher refresh rates such as 144. I was wondering if there was a way to lock it at 60. I'm guessing the delta time is messing up because it's based around 60fps so I was thinking time scaling would alleviate the issue, but I don't know the math behind this.

  • Mine is too and only getting bigger. It took FOREVER to figure out which object it was out of 400+ objects.

  • I found I needed to delete and recreate an object to get it to work, but it takes like 2 minutes to get off the black screen. lol

    EDIT: Also, web worker breaks Android exports. I need to file a bug report.

  • I'm trying to export my game to Android just to see how it works on my phone and it doesn't. I get a black screen unless I delete all objects. Are there any behaviors or plugins that don't work at all on Android? It works fine when I do a remote preview, but debug APK is failing to work.
