    First, i want to apologize for my english. as a french user, i often make mistakes ^^ So, here comes the problem i'm currently facing:

    I have issues while trying to change layouts ingame.

    i'm using R195 64 bit on steam.

    i've tried to change layouts on a project (5 layouts), but no way to make it work, so tried to make another project, smaller, with only 2 layouts, and faced the same issue. so i don't know if i'm trying it correctly, or if it's a bug i should report.

    i'm using quite a simple mechanism (the same on the two projects):

    objects:

    button on layout1

    button2 on layout 2

    mouse

    sprite on layout 1

    sprite2 on layout 2

    when i click on button, i want to go to layout 2

    when i click to button2, i want to go to layout 1

    but nothing happens in preview or when i'm exporting project and saving it on my server. everything else is working well if i select one of the layouts and try it, or use it as the first layout when exported.

    please, can you help me guys? i'm searching for near of 3 hours now, have tryed on firefox and google chrome, have searched on google and scirra forums without finding answers that helps me

  • thank's guys, i've found a weird way to do what i want,too many events for a basic action, and no acceleretion/deceleration, so not really nice. so i will try justifun solution. mindfaQ, thank's for your link, but unfortunately i can't find a way to use it to reach my goal. Anyway, i will try to work on "lerp" and ask for more help if needed!

  • Hi everyone. i'm stuck on my project, i don't know how to solve my problem, and what tool should i use.

    I have a sprite "X". the position of this sprite is 500,500 , and i want to be able to move that sprite to multiple exact positions (1 position =1px) , depending of clickable objects. for exemple, when i click on "a" object, the sprite have to move to point A, when i click on "start"object, the sprite have to move to start position, but i also want to be able to move it to B C or D position.

    i've tried to add a bullet behavior on my object, set bullet angle to 210�, then stop after the bullet have run more than 500px, and inverted conditions to move object to start position. unfortunately, it wasn't a good idea, aiming was bad. so i've tried to set angles and compare X and Y position, but the problem is the same, not really good aiming, and going back to start was impossible: i miss the spot.i've thinked about the trigger " is overlapping another object", but with the lack of precision, after some movements, i missed the object and scrolling were going far away...Anyway, having less precision, like using "x >= 500" triggers, won't work, because of multiple positions it's really important to perfectly spot the pixel. how can i do this? should i use pathfinding ?

    i'm searching in the forum and tutorials for 3 hours now, and will continue until i find the best way to do this.

    I'm on a dead end, searching for hours, but nothing works. i have an object X,invisible at start, and i want him to fade in and stay visible when my cursor is over a box, and fade out and stay invisible when my cursors goes out of that box.

    actually, when i put my cursor over the box the first time, the object apears, start to fade out, then fade in ( like if fading out and fading in where starting at the same time), and stay visible, and when my cursor goes out, it fades out just as i want. after, if i put back my cursor over or out of the box, the objectappears, fades out and stay invisible (in less than 1 second).

    i hope you understand, my english isn't so good, i apologize...
