Haven't had a go myself but that just took a few seconds of searching and lots came up.. must be possible. Online, I do know however, is trickier although I think its been worked on/improved on??

Rorza hey dude. The update is really good.. I just didn't do the simple 'on and off' trick and the 'uninstall' trick.. I just presumed it was a more complex issue but rather just needed reinstalling.

I can say it is really cool though- multi tasking (videos) is now available.. for example I'm scrolling through facebook or something and the video opens with the native android video app I can then put it to a side or bottom of the screen and carry on whilst watching it (adjustable size by the way.)

Other than the new sleek look I'm not sure what else it did <img src="smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> <img src="smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> I'm a bit more of a computer than a mobile whizz.

Anyway don't hold off too long as you'll miss out (by probably upgrading your contract soon or something.)

How do I stop my cocoonJS app from force closing upon opening it on my newly updated galaxy s2 (I think it is ICS now)

Only after the update will it not open-- there is no way in reversing my update without hacking the phone or whatever it is called.

If anyone could help I'd be very grateful.

ANSWER:

Turns out since I updated to ICS I simply needed to re-install the app! No more problems.

When would you use the 'on touched object- selct oject' condition?

Also what does the green arrow mean? I always thought that meant you get to pick an object rather than general touches <img src="smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> man I embarrass myself

-I feel I'm missing a Touch>On help Sprite(rightArrow)>simulate platform pressing right

-That I believe would save it? I also tried copy and pasting the "Simulate platform pressing right" thinking that would increase the nudge but that didn't work.

-Also 'default controls' is set to no on the player.

-Edit: oh and 8Direction doesn't work with this either haha <img src="smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0" align="middle">

-Also the collision polygons for the 'arrows' are intentionally overlapping although they need polishing.

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR IT ONLY NUDGES IT (except jump/up arrow)! This has happened before and I dismissed it as a noob mistake but I've gone through several touch tutorials including ashley's but still NO AVAIL!
