  • Thanks for quick reply Ashley, Yes, that's the one way to do so but honestly running a time based notifications or when lives are available can add much more to the user's experience. I am doing it the way you mentioned for now, but at the same time I am expecting a plugin or tutorial to achieve such thing from the team. Great work BTW :)

  • I have purchased construct 3 for 2nd time, I have one small question on android games. I am creating a android games where my game has concept of limited lives. Initially there would be 5 lives but once lives are used there is certain time period until the lives are full or generated. I can do this by comparing a time but my requirement is to run this thing in background and user should be notified whenever lives are available Just like any other game (e.g candy crush).

    Is it possible to achieve this ?. If yes let me know the possible solution. I can count lives when game starts but I want background service .

    Ashley, any plugin is there for such requirements ?

  • Thanks for reply. I want to clear few points here.

    1. Project is not too small it has 50+ Levels, comprising off 50+ Layouts. The one i attached is sample. So this is not the case.

    2. Even in that case it displays black screen for 1 or 2 seconds, that is irritating to user.

    P.S I am hitting preview project.

    Hope this makes it clear picture of issue. Hahaha!

  • My projects were working fine last month, but now whenever I create new project no splash screen is being displayed. Instead it shows up black screen and then main screen. I tried percentage, percentage and logo, Construct 3 splash all options in loader style but none worked.

    I am curious if i am doing something wrong, which i believe i am not. Initially I thought it is issue with some plugin but when i created new project it's not working there as well.

  • I have a one game being developed in construct 3, where i am having some conditions check on tap of object. When I choose on tap it executes events written after that once and in next cycle actions inside on tap are being checked but when i use is in touch it works fine. what is issue with on tap ?

    Can any one please throw more light on this ?
