The invader sprites were hand drawn on grid paper then scanned. The other artwork was found doing a simple search on sketched aliens and hand drawn font styles.
Here is a simple game I developed with Construct 3 and published on Google Play. The game is called Scribbled Invaders, which uses simple hand drawn graphics for a space invaders like game.
