  • you could save the randomed key into a Hash..

    than a hash-foreach-item

    here you proof if your new randomed key is given

    if no -> save it into the hash

    if yes -> make a new ramdom key and make the same story

    i dont think that is a lot of code.

  • what Ashley means is:

    -> add Action

    -> choose AJAX

    -> choose "Post to URL"   (not Request URL)

    ps: no offense!

  • do you mean the two boxes or two bricks ?

    and which neighbors you want to check ?

    • horizontal?
    • vertical?
    • diagonal?
  • shortcut for moving conditions and actions

    shortcut like: ctrl + arrowkeys

    I prefer to use mostly my keyboard instead of my mouse. <img src="smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

    Because of that it would be nice if I could move the conditions/actions which are highlighted, with this shortcut.

    I think this will speed up the progress to construct a construct-game <img src="smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

  • I think the easiest way to realize that is to make a function with one param. The Param should be your level.

    --> pick textbox // at first pick the textObject

    ---> param0 equals 2 -> set textbox-text to 300

    ---> param0 equals 15 -> set textbox-text to 150

  • Thx for both helpfull answers ;)

  • normaly with the action ->

    Browser -> Request fullscreen - Stretch(scale outer)

    =)

  • a example

  • Try Construct 3

    Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.

    Try Now Construct 3 users don't see these ads
  • The problem I have and I dont understand is:

    • I make a Sprite (Layer 1)
    • put some buttons and text-box on it (Layer1)
    • than i change the position from another sprite (which is on Layer2) over the first Sprite

    and however the text-boxes and Buttons are visible on the Sprite which is one Layer over their. :/

    hope you understand my terrible english :D

  • At first you should look if Enemies.name is really decleared with a string or if it's empty (manual debuggin)

    • first log Enemies.name before you use the uppercase
    • after that log uppercase(Enemies.name)

    maybe its not decleared and because of this it returns a NaN

    ok.. I understand now <img src="smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

    I don't knew what twitch was, but now I'm teached about that.

    Sorry for my absurd Posts <img src="smileys/smiley18.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> and thanks for the fast replys <img src="smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

  • like i said... -> no offense meant <img src="smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

    Kyatric: Sorry <img src="smileys/smiley18.gif" border="0" align="middle" />.. at that part you're right and i hope you see that english isn't my native language, too.

    Ok... my suggestion was a little bit false.

    If you reverse my idea, that means, if you do the video at first and based on the visual you could create the speech. At the end you only bind the visual and the audio(the speech).

    I think with that way, it could be realistic.

    hope you don't feel attacked by me, it was only a suggestion to increase the viewers.

    But anyway... it's correct what Darklinki wrote, we should be glad for the time you spend with this project <img src="smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

    And I am really thankful for this <img src="smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0" align="middle" />
