    How many of these wall huggers will there be ?

    Will they be able to travel the same section of wall? How fast do you want them to travel ( always the same speed) ?

    Will they need to react to player - change direction / chase player?

    Edit - ok after trying this it is a slight improvement, but it leads to other problems. Things I think you should consider

    instead of checking to see if a certain animation is playing I think you would be better giving your player an instance variable (ivGunInUse ?) and set this to glock/ak47 and use this rather than animation running.

    The hex file appears to be the positions of the letters - just change the extension (.hex) to .txt and have a look

    (eg

    41:0:0:12:16:A

    42:12:0:10:16:B

    43:22:0:10:16:C

    44:32:0:13:16:D

    )

    Have you looked at the sprite font tutorial - using the tool, "GiveYourFontsMono", mentioned in there might be able to sort htis out for you ?

    Worst case I suppose you can always take it into an art package and chop it up to the right sizes ?

  • I followed it three days ago and it worked for me.

    From memory (which is not too good <img src="smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> )

    You must run construct 2 as an administrator

    You must allow access through your firewall

    in the other device you enter the address (something like 192.168,1,80:50000) into the web browser.

  • First thought (not checked)

    Just create an "empty" (invisible - but maybe with some effects to show a failed attempt ? ) sprite where you want the player to teleport to - is this overlapping a wall then destroy empty sprite and forget teleport - you could extend this basic idea to check for floor and move up to top of wall if necessary.

    You could do this check with using the overlap at offset ?
