Very well made game! Looks and plays great! Is there a reason you didn't publish it for iOS? Its really cool that its on Android though! :)
Wow not bad at all for a first attempt! I could only suggest some quality of life improvements like please add some kind of cross hair or even a small white circle to show where the bullets go :)
I think most of these games had hallways but maybe your levels should be more focused on big rooms, otherwise I was hallway sniping everything from the corner.
More weapons like a "machine gun" would be nice, or even the main weapon if I click and hold and it continiously fires instead of on each click! Awesome job!
Looks a bit like the LoZ Minish Cap meets Pokemon Trading Card Game! Nice work guys!
I don't think the point of the Ludum game jam is to be making money, its more about trying to quickly create a unique game around a theme they choose.
If you prototype some cool new mechanic or feature, there's nothing stopping you later to use the same code to make a full game for profit.
Look at the jam as an opportunity to dedicate 72 hours to learn and be creative for the sake of making a game, not for the sake of making a quick buck.
Wow that's really fast!
I'd love to see speedrun videos like on Youtube! :D
Thank you all for so many nice comments! I read them all, it really means a lot to me! Thank you for playing and enjoying my game :D
Hi! Found a small bug with the end boss actually! youtu.be/gsBoN3Jktkg
(This is an unlisted YT video)
Awesome and thanks!
Btw I noticed that the up facing sprite of the character is holding the sword and shield in different hands, which is weird for consistency ;)

Hi everyone, I am working on a second Pixel Bear game, its going to be 28 levels, each level lasting much longer. I hope to finish by summer. More to come soon! :)
You worked really hard on this game! Every day you did 100 push-ups, 100 squats and ran 10 kilometers! :D
Cool idea playing with colors! ^^
Excellent simple game!! However 2 things:
1) Doesn't seem to work on Firefox, only on Chrome (I'm on Linux however so probably my problem)
2) I would remove the mouse because all you need are the arrows to play. Even starting the game could be the down arrow, and once a game is won or lost just the up arrow
Is this game available for iOS and Android? This would be a perfect mobile game ^^
Simply amazing and creative idea, really loved it! ^^
