My name is Brandon.
I am new to Construct 2, I have not had a chance to mess around with the system yet. I always have had a love for games and creating them. Though, I do know some programming such as c++, little bit of Java and Visual Basic, I am intrigued by the layout and effectiveness of this HTML5 game tool. I believe in this product and its an easy way to get your ideas out fast without programming.
Now what I am asking, would it be worth looking more into Construct 2, or programming my own games?
For game assets, such as music and graphics, do I have to use whats given to me? Or can I create my own?
I am looking to create games for the sole purpose of pleasure, and maybe down the road some cash.
I probably should note, I am currently a College student at the University of Penn State (United States - Pennsylvania) and I do know knowledge in HTML5 and such.
