  • I am working on a space survival and exploration game. I would like to make the main layout boundless, so the player can travel forever in any direction. Is there a way to make this happen in C2?

  • I'm working on a game that helps players study US history (amongst other topics, but history will be the first one). When your fighting an enemy i want the game to ask you a question based off of a dictionary (The key is the answer and the value is the statement or question). How can I get it to pick a random key in a dictionary to make this work or is there an easier way to do this that I'm not considering?

  • If you save it as a single file then you can put a download link it your post. To my knowledge that is. If not then you can make a hyper link to it.

  • Can anyone help me. I'm trying to develope a platform game and I'm having an issue. I'm trying to make ladders but I'm having trouble getting it to work with the controls. <img src="smileys/smiley7.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

    Idealy you woud only climb the ladder if you are touching the ladder and "up" (or W) is down. Can anyone help me please?       <img src="smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

  • One of my sprites in my game glitched. On collision with the sprite a Window pulls up saying that I need 1 default instance in each layout at the beginning of the layout. After looking over the events and layout we found no errors. Is C2 at fault? And does anyone know what went wrong?

  • If you want to save progress, I don't know. But just resetting. Just use the go to layout action. I'm not sure if this would work if you have it wired to save progress even if you move to a new layout.
