  • Hi fellow Construct nerds,

    I've just finished my final year at university studying Game Design and for my final year project I decided to create a game, that broke a fundamental rule within it's genre, which is:

    Platform = Jump

    Now I've heard the saying "Don't fix, what is not broken" and I do agree on the basic principle but how can you be a designer without changing a few rules.

    So I would like to present to you Super Slug, a platform game where the main playable character is unable to jump!

  • After playing a few of your games, it seems that you should concentrate at bit more on polishing your skills on Construct before acquiring a team. As a designer I want my team members to work with me for my skill set and nothing less.

    I understand you are young and I do admire you determination but you must learn to walk before you can run, just a little friendly advice.

  • Nice to meet you and good luck in your designs.

  • Greeting my fellow Construct buddies.

    My name is Jamie Etherington and I'm a game designer. I've currently graduated from university studying Game Design and now I'm ready to put in practice what I've learnt by creating some unique game designs, hopefully with all your helps, wish me luck.
