I'm currently finish the Pong Game all i need to know how can i make other paddle to move himself and play with me just like it happens in games as the other character play as CPU its really important when you work on a game so i just need a little help

I'm new to Construct 2 I posted many topics and gladly many people helped me I learned how make a platformer game and Pong which helped to learn the basics of a software now I'm currently looking forward to making Top Down Game all I need to know that how can I design the top down game designing the character from top down angle any tips would help me
