Thanks newt. As I understand this link refers to instructions how to run games on raspberry. Thats second step, so firstly I want to understand if I can run Construct editor to create a game on raspberry.

Hello community, I know that officially Construct2 run only on WinXP/7. But I purchased raspberry PI3 for my son and found that I can install Windows IOT on it. So, does anyone know if I can recompile Construct 2 as Universal App and run it on raspberry?
