i am trying to create a leaderboard for my game using clay.io, but i can't create account at clay.io/home.

I been doing a leaderboard score for my game for 2weeks but i still can't do it.I found many tutorial regarding how to create a leaderboard, but all not working. anybody can help me PLS!!! :(
i have tried many time to fix this but i really couldn't find a way to fix that.
