Perhaps you are referring to the boundaries of the viewport? I believe they are called margins. Check the properties of your layout.

  • Try Construct 3

    Tom

I will always remember yawning submarine. Never forget how I nearly died of laughter at the square bee, never will I forget...

Tom was it really lost in moving the server years ago?

Sry had to ask! I need more laughter to boost positive vibes

  • Good news, support is coming in the near future.

  • Perhaps there is an easier way to implement multiplayer but how much can it improve while avoid becoming a pre-built function and a crappy one size fits all solution?

It is what it is IMO. Try making a multiplayer game in other game engines to get the rough idea of a comparison in complexity.

You'll probably be surprised how similarly complex they are. It all boils down to the amount of practice and effort you put into your projects.

  • Just a note, you can use both ways to destroy the object from your layout. But if the object has the fade behaviour, just use it

Recently a bug caused the fade out destroy feature to not work but has already fixed.

  • Don't call it a feature request as this is just a display of skills and knowledge in making games with Construct. Certainly, not a mistake either on your part.

There is a never ending request for this kind of request and eventually you realised what you need might as well be asking for a template for a particular game made by another fellow Construct user who has better skills and knowledge.

  • Ah yes, many are still not familiar with CTRL + scroll and also CTRL + "+"/"-". Perhaps future documentation should mention it.

Adding the zoom in and out button is plain ugly. Perhaps add it in right-click menu for layer view.

  • So Here is my New Construct 3 Tutorial

Nice tutorial I think the video title should be Construct 3?

  • Yes, it blocks you from copying. So, you click on the copy button. Now you can paste it anywhere.

Alternatively, you could hold down CTRL and drag the object to copy. Holding ALT does not do anything.

  • Steps to reproduce

    1. Create a Sprite or a Tiled Background.

    2. Select it.

    Observed result

Sprites and Tiled Backgrounds have no image point origin indicator.

    Expected result

In construct 2 you have an indicator for the object's origin and you can use it to rotate the object. In C3, rotating can be done without the need of the origin indicator but there is no more the crucial visual help in aligning my objects, even on grids.

  • No, the editor doesn't support that, hopefully something the next-generation editor could do.

    And it did!

    Sorry for the bump
