  • You can check if each object "Is pinned" and if it's not, drop it to the ground.

edit: you can post the URL, just leave out the colon or the slashes for us to fill in.

(you can probably get to 500 rep real fast too. See the easier rep to earn here: https://www.scirra.com/me/rep )

  • I believe Multi-select in the Objects bar has been suggested. So it is probably on the To-Do list.

However it selects all of a kind, so if you have some in two stacks and want to grab one stack, you are better off with dragging a box around the stack you want selected.

That can be tricky when there are some you don't want selected. I make a temporary layer and move things to that layer, locking and unlocking layers so I only grab what I want.

  • ArcadEd We are in the same room, we each have a separate PC. Mini LAN parties. However there's always at least one playing from elsewhere.

  • That's like what the guy said to Alexander Graham Bell, "Show me the need to talk over a wire when we already have telegraph."

In other words, there is no demand, because there isn't much out there to build the audience.

Me and my friends play multiplayer games every Thursday. The choices are poor.

  • newt Seems to be a demand for MultiFlappy, have you seen the two guys playing Minecraft Flappy Chicken?

  • I do that for most of my test exports on even html5 exports, turn off PNG Crush and minimize and it finishes dozens of times faster. However it makes the final export seem really long (scary) if you weren't already experiencing it in tests. ;-)

  • Until that modularity option is potentially added, When ever you make a new particle, open a capx where you keep all your particles and drop it there.

That's how my Particle example tutorial capx got started.

  • That is in System, "Compare two Values" When you add a new event, System is the first one. Click it, and one of the very first in that list is "Compare two Values"

The first value was the object Bintang's instance variable named BBoxRight, and the second is 0.

  • It checks every tick, it's an if/then statement. If there is no unpinned sprite, nothing happens.

  • And just like coding in other languages, Skittles and Mountain Dew go a long way on late nights.

  • It outputs HTML5 ready to go. For other platforms where you don't want the customer using the browser to access it, you need a wrapper.

Windows 8/8.1 has it's own, as does Firefox marketplace, Amazon, and Tizen.

But Android and Apple are still 3rd party, and the two most integrated are actually still in development, so if your project is going to take awhile, you may be fine. (we've come a very long way the past 6 months, and Construct2 updates nearly weekly.)

  • You may be able to check if the "other" is overlapping the one that got hit after the hit is detected too.

Or put an instance variable on both, and when you create the tower, give them both the same ID number. Then when one is hit, take care of it, and look for the matching ID to get it too.

Or use the single animation, and make sure the origin image points are in the same spot on each. When you made one taller, the origin point moved up a little. Either move it to the same pixel spot, or set them all to the bottom of the sprite.
