If you don't want to post your whole game, then remove bits until just the sound problem exists, or, make a new file but do the same sound logic.

See if you can post a trimmed down example of the problem. Either of those methods should have worked, so something else is probably causing it.

This isn't pretty, but here's a variation with spiral. You just need to juggle the numbers to change the rate(s).

'mapgen' always needs a parameter, presumably. It would be easier if we could see the code.

You aren't setting your array sizes. The default is X=10, Y=1, Z=1. Change Y to 10, and it works.

This should actually be it's own new topic on the How Do I forum, but to answer your question, do a Sprite Destroy in On start of layout. Your default sprite on the layout will be triggering this. If this doesn't help, start your own topic for more help.

Your collision boxes are bad. Go have a look at EVERY single one, and you'll see some are just lines, not boxes. You can use Right-click, and either Apply to whole animation or Apply to all animations to correct.
