My image editor wont close... why is this? Its working fine just wont close now

Im pretty much still new to it all... yes ive read some of the Tut's Understood some.. others not so much haha. Anyway I need help with two things, HealthBar And Moving animation:

Health: I made the frame, sub bar, the bar itself, te varibles pretty much everything I think.. I just wanna know if i can maybe pin it to the scroll screen, that way as the player moves the HP bar is at the top left corner always.

Animation: ... I jsut need plain help... How to make it so he can run left and right as well as turn when he does, jumping, thats pretty much it... oh and to not stick to the edge of a sprite like if hes falling he would get stuck on a wall <img src="smileys/smiley12.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

Oh P.S : I cant seem to download capx or play them ... so they wont help much

P.P.S My keyboard likes to make many typos..

Well.. to start off... I have no clue how to start it off but I can give an example of what kind of controls im trying for, I want to make a Rpg game that has the controls Zenonia, Now Im not going to copy the game Just want to know how to make the player move about like he does in the game using arrows keys, ipod, or scine I seen it on 3ds aswell using control pad. But all in all, using keyboard. I must sound stuiped im sure.. But yea... I did try to use platform but messed up... If you played Zenonia you would know what I mean sort of by the controls... or any game like it really..
