  • Hi, I have updated nwjs to the latest version 0.39.0.

    Now, when I run the debug mode of C2 with nwjs and select a graphic, the graphic is not highlighted as it was with previous versions.

    Before there was a box of red dots around the box of the graph, but, besides that, you could also see that the area of the box had a yellow transparency that came and went.

    Now this transparency can no longer be seen.

    In this gif you can see that, although you select different screen objects, the transparent yellow zone no longer appears.

    This does happen in C3 and previously it also happened in C2

  • Hello, does anyone know how favorites work ?.

    It might have something to do with Spriter's scon files. I've noticed that the more scon files i have in my project, the more frequently it will crash. I only use scon files for the player character now, and use spriteheets for the enemies etc.

    This started happening late 2018 for me.

    Same thing for both Win 7 and 10.

    I do not use Spriter and I also suffer from crashes, although the last was a few days ago and I am using C2 every day more than 5 hours a day.

    Although the thread is for version 267, I think that most of the reports here are referred to version 269.

    alt + tab windows 10 can cause freeze too

    This closed me C2.

    I maximized Aseprite, then I pressed ALT + TAB to go back to C2 but C2 had died, it had closed without my own notice and I did not even notice.

    This has happened twice.

    The first time it was accidental.

    The second time it was intentionally provoked.

    I have several favorite threads but I do not know how I can see them, how do I access my favorite threads ?.

    1 - Create two layers

    2 - Add an FX to one of the layers (the effects window will appear)

    3 - Remove the layer with the effect (the effects window will continue to show the effect)

    4 - Remove (do not close de Effects window) the effect from the effect window.

    5 - CRASH occurs

    In addition, the action of modifying an effect parameter is not automatically eliminated.

    As you can see in this image, the layer has no effects but the action continues to refer to the effect that the layer previously had.

  • Check if this is your problem.

    Eliminate "restart layout" because you are resetting the layout to the initial values, then you can never set the new values.
