  • All I have to do now, is wait for my license...

I'm waiting for the cheers from you when it finally arrives. The wait must be torture <img src="smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

  • Yes! I've manually done it for you

    Great stuff. Thank you Tom <img src="smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

  • I bought the software as promised earlier and now have my license set up and installed, thank you.

However, I used a different email address to the one I used to register here. Is there a way to tie my account here with the purchasing address?

  • Thanks harrio <img src="smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

  • Hi,

Aside from the very reasonable cost for licensing, I also felt the need to comment on one of the things I always dread looking up when I begin to use new development apps...how many times the software can be installed.

That you license your product for the person, rather than the computer they use, makes such a refreshing change! I generally flit between my home desktop or netbook and two work PC's when working on something and there are very few commercial products out there where I would be allowed to install on each of them with one license.

Thank you for the freedom and convenience of this, it is very much appreciated <img src="smileys/smiley32.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

    Cheers,

  • Thanks tomshreds for this thread. Between your questions and the many replies, I'm sold.

The enthusiasm and helpfulness of the community are just as important to me as the quality of the development environment itself. From what little I've seen so far, Construct 2 has both in spades.

    I'll be buying a license this evening when I get home from work. <img src="smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

  • Hi,

I've worked in the IT industry for a number of years here in the UK, currently with various Oracle products and Delphi development. I'm learning Java (slowly) and have wanted to develop "a game" for a long time. Construct 2 looks like the easiest way to break into games development and so I'm going to work through the tutorials over the next couple of weeks.

    Cheers,

    Leaston
