Because every time I try to do something like change what a sprite looks like, It does this.

Like on the layout you see those dotted/skidded lines where the "scroll to" aligns with? Well I wanted to know if we could make it smaller ,or larger?

So I added this topic on here earlier. I thought I figured it out ,but uh... Here we are! Anyways what I mean is like. Let's say a variable originally equals 13. Then if a random event happens... A key is pressed or, the player touches it. Then the text would change to 12, or 14. Or even 5. Just make the variable change the text to equal variable.

Problem Description[/ So this might be a problem on might part, but I've checked the art, the animations, the "code", and the original art files. So the problem is that when I move left or right all I see is my character being jerked into the air. So can anyone help me? I don't really understand majority of the requirements under this so I just got rid of them... I'm using the most recent version of construct 2.
