  • Hello, I would like to know how to make a sprite set it's angle to the mouse position without it using the origin point. I would like ti to use Image point 1 for example.

    Also, I need the player character, who is using an 8 directional movement behaviour, to move in the opposite direction of the mouse when clicked. Like it's being pushed.

    I have been able to create a health bar using tiled background sprite and variables. It drains when the player is hit and it works perfectly.

    Now I want to make a bar that fills up every second up to a max width and I'm having some trouble.

    I'm having a hard time figuring out how to create a system where my main character grabs an object, aims and then throws said object.

    Ideally an arc would appear on screen showing the trajectory.

    So, the issue is kind of hard to explain.

    When the enemy kills the player (5shots) the player is supposed to play death animation and destroy itself and respawn at the green respawn block.

    This does not happen.

    If anyone could take a look that would be great!

  • So, I'm a 2d shooter and I've already set it up so that the bullet spawns from the player's gun at image point 1. However, as I move to the right it seem that the image point also moves to the right and the bullets begin to spawn further and further away.

    I can't seem to figure out why...

  • So, I'm not sure why the pin behaviour won't work.

    I set up the event so that every tick it pins itself to player rope style but the health sprite won't follow.

    So, I am making a platformer set in a jungle.

    I have these horizontal vines that I would like the player to attach to and move left to right. when jumping off the controls go back to standard platforming.

    I guess I have to use the 8 directional control behaviour, but I'm not sure how to make it work.
