• Thank You, Oppenheimer!

Now I don't have to start over on my project.

  • Try Construct 3

  • For me, on that page I can get to the point of Firefox noticing the file but it never downloads it is always stuck on "Starting" in the download process and eventually goes to "Failed."

    ~EDIT~

I was able to start the download, but in about 24 bytes the download fails again, it seems the host server of that website is going quite slowly...

  • I am having an issue opening a cap file I started to work on a while back, it seems that I am missing Depixelize.fx and can't find a working link to get it again. Is there a way to remove the requirements of Depixelize.fx? or can someone PM me the addon file?

    Thank You,

    Jawso

  • It seems I noticed this reply really late... Roracle It seems I never got it to work, at the time I was trying to recreate the Castlevania: Symphony of the Night Prologue with Richter fighting Dracula. I no longer have the cap(in fact I have been trying to recreate it) but I would still like to know how to do this.

    ~Edit~

I have figured this out with the help of the MagiCamExample.cap it comes with the plugin.

  • Alright, I will give it a try.

So is there a way to transition without having to insert the event, Start of Layout with the Action for a character using "Set X,Y"

If the thing you sent me does this, or if it already exists in Construct and I just don't know enough to figure it out, since I am a Newbie when using this program.

  • Thanks for the Reply!

I get the message "Internal Server Error" when clicking on the link you gave. Anyway I think that is how the game is with transitioning when using a door, but I don't think it is what I am talking about.

Here is a link to a video to what I am talking about,

  • Is it possible to create a Castlevania: Symphony of the Night like transition from door-less areas to another area? The transitions in SOTN usually takes a second and is doing the exact same animation on the exact sprite as it was on in the last area. Also, It was traveling at the same speed it was going, and also be in the exact position of the entrance you go through before the transition.

If this is possible to do, could someone help me learn how to do it.

    Thanks,
