You should make perks stack, like 3 double jumps give you 4 jumps. or three +15% movement speed gives you +45% movement speed, or 3 bats, gives you three bats.
medusa charater when? (ability is freeze opponent if they are looking at you when you use it, and the bullet is short range snakes that are like the hair)
Cactus Man is abusable with instant reload and machine gun reload. It freezes the game if you spam the ability ;p
