  • Dictionary plugin wont work on exported HTML5 with layout loader, there an exception is about localhost is working.

    Besides, when you export this game with layout loader it may disable dictionary plugin with active global option, it wont respond.

    im going to send you .capx via PM including 2 demos to compare.

  • appMobi export is still an experimental, im waiting when it's ready and i will see if it works as 100%

  • PhoneGap is not designed to compile HTML5 videogames, only for non-videogame apps, maybe something like a videogame without animation, movement, etc.

    Also i had an issue about appMobi didn't display tiled backgrounds, so NO one answer about it.

  • When you notice the sprite is moving using smooth scroll but it may appear jitter effect like it's mini shake, compared to scrollTo proves no jitter effect on sprite, i had no idea how to stop jitter effect on this sprite when its using smooth scroll.

  • Did you have automatic backup set up? Can you reproduce this problem? I'm afraid I am not clear what you did, what does "make shorter version" mean? I have many projects I can save as .capx and they work just fine...

    I have a backup1 as extension, i had no idea what is it, but i managed to rename it to remove .backup1 and i opened it, it saved my day :D!

    uhhh... i was worried, so i'm glad about back up.

    The problem is you need to do on following steps:

    1-Create a .caproj

    2-Create some layouts and some objects.

    3-Save (Normal)

    4-Delete some layouts

    5-Save as single file

    6-Close project (it didnt appear a window save before exit)

    7-Open .caproj again

    8-Error appears.

  • I'm sorry, i had no this .capx file but there something differen than this. Because i made a thread about save as single file causes to auto-save on .caproj directory and deleted some .xml files on layout folder.

    I managed to export a .capx file.

  • I'm pissed off, i don't even how to restore .xml files of Layout folder...

  • I tried to edit my .caproj to make shorter version and save as single file .capx, BUT it automatically saved that i didn't want to save .caproj

    I lost all hard work because of save as single file! <img src="smileys/smiley5.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

  • Sometimes i noticed about visual flaw is horizontal direction, it's a little bit... but it's not really precise.

    It's affected by 8 direction behavior and platform behavior, you can notice jitter on this sprite when you move left and right, there a difference about vertical (Y) if you do up and down that doesn't affect jitter effect.

    You may try it and catch jitter sprite when is moving left and right.

  • If you wish to do this, the best thing is to make the object with all the animation just an image, and use a, invisible rectangle with the image stuck on top as the actual player/enemy/whatever.

    Well i'm not sure if it works to collide with solid objects...
