Scirra Arcade has limitations, they disable some functions that they don't accept.

I only believe C2 is capable to play with 2 windows of HTML5 game as relative interactive in one computer. Maybe it needs like websocket to connect to laptop or something.

It's a conflict between Touch and Mouse, you should separate them as touch for mobile version and mouse for desktop version.

Well, sometimes I get 30 fps in my chinese brand tablet too.
It must be hardware. They said Google Nexus has better FPS.
