I always create sprites through events instead of in the editor, but If there are the same amount of enemies as there are collision boxes ther shouldn't be an issue..
Example
You could do it with timer behaviour..
On any touch start
touch is touching button
start timer for 3 seconds
on timer
perform action
on any touch end
stop timer

Just put the two objects in a container..
And you want the screen to go black?

Would it be possible to use the paster or canvas-object for this..
Overlaying the complete viewport/layout and pasting everything in it every 0.03 seconds?

A combination of litetween behaviour, other movement behaviours (sine,bullet), some math and the particle object..
Using "Else" would actually be a much better option..
