I am exporting my project in IOS, I found set the audio silent is not work for IOS's music, just for sound, but works fine in andriod, so anyone knows how to toggle music in IOS? and also a old problem in the forums, how to make the IOS music play at the beginning without touch on the screen? thanks

My project has 2 continuously moving left backgrounds with different speed, one at 100*dt and the other one at 150*dt, every tick, backgrounds x - it's speed, when the background moving out of screen set it's x to 0. but when I test it, it always have a lag, no smooth moving. then I test C2's autorunner template, it's the same, always have lags, please help. thanks

this is for windows:

1、Sync your iPhone or iPad through iTunes using these instructions from Apple. The crash log files will be synced to your computer.

2、Open Windows Explorer.

ondraayyy & adagar finally, I solve the problem, cheers~~~! and I found it really useful to pull out the crash log, and it will tell you what exactly cause the problem, my problem is one of my sound audio crash, I replace it and all done. also thanks for your help

I have tried to use the testfight, but still the same, can not login, so I am wondering if there is something wrong with my project, so I create a project use C2's template, it works, no crash on my ipad, even if I install through itunes. Now I really have no idea, as my project works fine on my android device, but no ios, so would you think it's the problem with my project? ondraayyy if you have time, I can download teamviewer, thanks for your help

I built my ios app in intel SDK, the build is successful, then I install the ios app on my testing device, there is a problem, when I open the app , after a few seconds of splash screen show up, the app quit itself, can not enter the game? please help. thanks

ondraayyy sorry, I do not have team viewer, now I have solve the install problem, in the build setting I add ad hoc provisioning file, and choose the drop down menu(provisioning profile) to ad hoc, now the game installed and icon shows well, but when I log in the game, after show the splash screen for a sec, it auto quit the game, can not log in the game, do you have any idea?

ondraayyy yes, all the icon images and splash screen image have been added to Build setting, I do not know why it can not show
