I did not have color issue when I ran my demo on PC and ipad3 ( I only had an ipad3 for mobile testing )

Here is a plugin to have a synth or oscillator nodes, or other effect nodes, also it has analyser node. (tone.js)

Yes, live2d will consume a lot of CPU utilization when playing animation, I did not find any solution to optimize it.

I could see the model in your link ( http://www.tips-pro.com/Live2Dtest3/ ) , but console.log still shown that some resource is not loaded like

Console log prints these error message

It seems that file "Ann.model.json" does not load correctly.

1. it is fine to upload app on server , see my demo on github.

Make sure the file path and file name of resources are correct, since C2 editor put all imported files into the root folder.
