  • Hi, well I had to get back for you again, after hours without any lucky.

    When the character dies I can change the text for one number less, but when the layout restarted it backs to the first number.

    Well, I saw some references for global variables, I created one, but I have no idea how to use it.

    int(.text) - 1

    I found this expression but I think it can be used only in Private Variables.

    No lucky too finding some examples, when I was near from it, the files are missing...

    Any help is appreciated!

  • Hello I'm trying to do a space shooter 3D, I'm for 4-5 hours looking here and there, but I don't found anything.

    What I need I think is simple for who's understand math.

    An expression to move the depth of a 3d model slightly.

  • Hello, I'm having a problem with grid movement behavior.

    Specifically is change the sprites when its moving vertically and horizontal.

    Its top (diagonal) down view. So I wanted a back and front sprite animations.

    Its a NPC character.

    First is it possible? Or do you suggest another behaviour?

    To be honest this one is which really worked well in this kind of game...

    If its variable thing: Can you explain where and how I add the variable? English is not my best language... I saw many kinds of expressions and I dont know where to put them.

    And its difficult to me find this problem with my words. Sorry if its a repeated question.

  • But I'm with another problem, as it is not a floater obejct it stays moving when it's off the platform...

    I tried to put a object like a scene detail to get a collision, it stop but remain trying to go ahead and then it pass the object...

    THere's a solution for it? The code present in the example is this:

    E2.Value('XPos')

    I'm not so good with math or variables. I'm basically an artist.

    There is some code to stop it?

    I'm using construct one month a bit more. And its an amazing software. Of course I have a few difficults with it, but nothing that I will boring you guys with it...

    But I got a deadlien for me:

    basically its like a ghost enemy from mario world based.

    it work yes, but if I'm on the another side of the enemy I dont have any clue how to invert it.

    Will be nice if you guy help me with it.

    I dont find specific information about it. Sorry if its a repeated question.

  • I'm maybe having the same problem... when basic animations is running its ok... but when I added some more it having problems as loading a fast first frame and not hold the animation.

    I tried what you said, and I even dont got close... And some ones is only playing one frame not the entirely animation, but this holds...
