First i want to say my english is very bad. Please forgive for me if something is wrong.

I'm newbie and I found anywhere but can't see a rule about sign, that why i made this topic to ask a question. What is max size of image in signature i can use?

Can i use this picture in my sign?

My PC is old that why i must use XP for long time until i have enought money to buy new. But it seem a far future.
