  • Ok i Miss that part, so C3 free version only for hobbyst then.

    The same goes for Construct 2.

    So i need to recommend other engine to a newbie. A bit sad tho, because i like C3, i think C3 is a easiest engine to start as serious game developer from zero from someone who doesn't have coding background...

    Well, if someone with no experience wants to get into games, the first thing to think about is not making money.

    And as you mentioned, C3 is a perfect entry way for someone with no experience to start learning and gaining experience.

    When the person actually manages to gain more experience and knowledge, then it is time to think about monetization and check the various options available, at this moment.

    Use instances and instance variables.

    On start of your layout set one of your box instance variable to true, it will be the winning box.

    If you want it to always be the same, set the instance variable in the editor and not dynamically.

    On drop of the key, if the box it is being dropped on is the winning box, go to the winning layout. Otherwise, go to the other.

    If you drop the key somewhere else on the screen, put it back in its original position.

    This is a project for Construct 3, it cannot be opened in Construct 2.

  • Should be fixed in the day, guys are working on it at the office.

    Again an issue with the server apparently.

  • Construct 2 and Construct 3 Touch plugins are both up to date.

    The support amongst devices for the accelerometer feature do vary though.

    If the browser cannot access the feature on a certain device, neither Construct can.

  • When I provided the instructions during the night (for me), servers were working since I did download as I was going through the process.

    So I'm not sure what the issue can be.

    Try to open the previously mentioned bug report to indicate you are encountering the issue despite other users not having the issue.

  • When you export as NW.JS, you get a dialog for NW.JS options.

    On top of it, you have a drop down list and a link "Manage versions" under it.

    Click the link it opens a list of all available versions.

    Right-click on the version you want (likely the first available in the list with the most recent date) and click "Download".

    You should have a tab at the bottom left indicating it is downloading.

    Make sure to uninstall previous versions already installed in order to make enough disk space for it. (Right click an installed version and "Delete" it).

    You can save your projects in the cloud on the available services or download directly a local copy and place it wherever you want on your local hard-drive.

    Construct 3 can be used offline (you have to download it once until you get the notification).

    You can then access it even when not connected.

    The overall editor is actually lighter to download then Google's homepage.
