The jump animation is actually a 'kick', and there is a ball object (with physics)

I couldn't get it collision working though! If anyone can could they post a cap?

Feel free to modify, improve or whatever.

  • Thanks prawnsushi, its correct now.

That's correct. I checked out Crazy Talk last night: http://www.reallusion.com/crazytalk/

^^^ that program is really something. I'm about to get into bones with Construct and I'm hoping I'll be able to do something as smooth with Construct as what I see with Crazy Talk.

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    just checked your link out-

    "Complete 2D Animation!

CrazyTalk Animator focuses on total animation production with actors, props, scenes, camera & a complete time-line for precision animation. The real difference with CrazyTalk Animator is you get full characters with a talking head and full-body motion. CrazyTalk Animator is a great match for ambitious beginners, educators, video editors and all users that need a total 2D Animation solution with deep character creation and performance animation tools"

Pretty impressive. My version must be about 10 years old!

  • Try Construct 3

You could try Jasc Animation v311 :

I dont think it has an option for splitting the image into 'body parts' though?

  • RE Values not showing

If you downloaded the program and the values are not displaying correctly, its because i forgot to include the 'ini' file, and the F.P.S feature. They are now added to the download.

So to clarify things, the latest versions(including the 'ini' file) are:

    http://dl.dropbox.com/u/22173473/CrazyParticles2.rar

(this version opens top left of screen)

    http://dl.dropbox.com/u/22173473/CrazyParticles2FPS.rar

(this version opens centre of screen)

    Sorry for confusion.

  • Thanks Works fine except that i can't set the spray cone value, although it is green.

Also, I don't want to be a bother but, though using the mouse wheel to change values is nice, i think it could be useful to let the user change the values by typing directly. What do you think?

Now it's jsut sad that it's not possible to load a texture at runtime... :>

    Re spray cone

Forgot to include the 'ini' file required for the initial values. Its now added to the download.

Or you can just download the single ini file here:

    http://dl.dropbox.com/u/22173473/snaps2.ini

    Re Typing directly

I will look get back to you.

Re load a texture at runtime

Dont think its possible, but i could include a selection of textures/shape that you would be able to choose as the default.

  • Nice tool

Maybe you could add some FPS counter to check performance?

Also, it seems you like to set your window at X0,Y0, but it can be a problem. For example, i like to have my taskbar on the top of the screen, so it covers your window's title bar and i can't move it unless i hide or move my taskbar.

Maybe you could try setting it to open in the middle of the display instead?

This version displays FPS, with window centered.

I should have added the FPS item as standard.

    CHEERS.

You can create this effect with Poser 7. One of the render settings lets you save the animations as black on white silhouettes.

    it was called crazytalk"

I think the program is called 'ICLONE' by 'reallusion'. Its the same company that made 'crazy talk'.

Iclone is for character animation, and crazy talk lets you create facial animations with lip syncing.

Iv'e got the programs on one of my old hard drives i think. Poser6 or7 would be the best option out of the 3.

  • Another example of rain effects.

This one simulates rain water snaking down the glass.

Not my creation, and i can't tell you who released it. It is off my old computer.
