I can see now why so many people actually leave Construct and goes to the Competition.And you might think yeah go already ,But what you don't know is that it's bad for business by doing this.

New potential members are reading these type off insults and thats why they will never join up With Construct , which is very sad indeed.

Maybe a pesky persist file?.I used to get that alot but when i deleted the persist file the cap would load again.

Ok this whole my app's better than your's is getting ridiculous.Construct Classic is good but certainly not the ultimate app out there.I could go on and on at how great games maker 8.1 is because it can blah blah......An Indie Gamer should not have to worry about what app he is using to create games.

Was there ever a Construct game that won an IGF award??.How many Finished games are there created with Construct??.We should not argue over such pity things.Rather spend more time creating and finishing games than argue over elite apps.

As they say the proof is in the pudding.So create games that showcase how good Construct really is.Demo's and Examples does not show an apps true potential.So start making complete games that shows what Construct can do.

Well i think the authors of Construct should have written concise tutorials before releasing the application.Like game maker's apprentice written by the two authors who made game maker.And even the help files that game maker 8.0 has are very detailed.It took me only a week to create games using the gml language only.

Hopefully Construct 2 will have better and more detailed tutorials and examples.Raymond Hooks has a good point there but why is everyone always so sceptical when someone wants to do something which would benefit most beginner users off Construct? .Find out more by actually e-mailing newton and getting the detailed document's.These imo's does not help anyone , get the facts straight.

scidave I got the documents from newton and they do apparently pay for The work you do.But the Contract idea?. I have to go over it with my lawyers 1st before i do anything , Even if i do it for free.
